Callamard also shared Trump’s threatening social media post. In that message, Trump used harsh language and warned that Iran’s power plants and bridges could be destroyed. He also threatened severe consequences if the Strait of Hormuz is not opened.
Trump further claimed that Iran could face destruction like never seen before. He said negotiations are ongoing and mentioned that officials are in talks. He also referred to efforts by Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner in discussions with Iran.
