The report explains the proactive steps TikTok took to identify and remove content that violated its rules. These measures aimed to protect the global community and improve the overall user experience.

During the third quarter of 2025, TikTok removed more than 28 million videos in Pakistan. The platform achieved a 99.8 percent proactive removal rate. It also removed 95.9 percent of the videos within 24 hours of upload.
