Pm and president discuss government formation in AJK during an important meeting held at the President’s House in Islamabad. Both leaders reviewed the future political setup and power-sharing formula in Azad Kashmir.
According to sources, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and President Asif Ali Zardari discussed the overall political situation, the nomination of the new Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir, and the next steps for government formation.

The leaders held the meeting in a positive atmosphere. PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, former Prime Minister Raja Pervaiz Ashraf, Senator Sherry Rehman, Syed Naveed Qamar, and Rana Sanaullah attended it.
Both leaders also discussed the national political scene and agreed on strategies to promote cooperation between the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N). After the discussion, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif left the President’s House.
