Pakistan Whitewash Australia T20 Series 3-0 Victory

Pakistan whitewash Australia T20 series after a massive 111-run win in the third match at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore.

Captain Salman Ali Agha won the toss and chose to bat first. Pakistan set a strong target of 208 runs.

Australia failed to chase the target. Pakistan bowled them out for just 96 runs in 16.7 overs.

Australia’s batting collapsed early. Marcus Stoinis scored 23. Cameron Green made 22. Josh Philippe added 14. No other batter reached double figures.

Mitchell Owen scored 8. Matthew Kuhnemann made 5. Matthew Short scored 2. Captain Mitchell Marsh and Matt Renshaw scored 1 each. Cooper Connolly got out on zero. Ben Dwarshuis stayed not out on 7. Adam Zampa did not bat.

Mohammad Nawaz led Pakistan’s bowling attack. He took five wickets with sharp spin. Shaheen Afridi took two wickets. Abrar Ahmed and Naseem Shah claimed one wicket each.

Earlier, Pakistan scored 207 runs for 6 wickets in 20 overs.

Saim Ayub hit 56 runs. Babar Azam scored 50. Shadab Khan played an unbeaten 46-run knock.

Khawaja Nafay made 21. Fakhar Zaman scored 10. Salman Agha and Mohammad Nawaz scored 5 each. Faheem Ashraf remained not out on 10.

For Australia, Ben Dwarshuis took two wickets. Matthew Kuhnemann, Matthew Short, Cooper Connolly, and Cameron Green took one wicket each.

Pakistan completed a 3-0 clean sweep. The team dominated the series in all departments. Pakistan whitewash Australia T20 series and thrilled home fans with a powerful performance.
