Pakistan Army Team Spirit Exercise 2026 Opening Ceremony

Pakistan Army Team Spirit Exercise 2026 started with an opening ceremony in Pabbi. The event took place at the National Counter Terrorism Center. ISPR shared the details.

Officials organized the ceremony to strengthen military cooperation between friendly countries. They formally launched a 60-hour patrol exercise during the event.

A senior military officer attended the patrol exercise. A total of 24 international teams from 19 friendly countries joined the competition. Military observers also took part.

Participating countries include Bahrain, Bangladesh, Belarus, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia. Malaysia, Maldives, Morocco, Nepal, Qatar, Sri Lanka, Türkiye, the United States, and Uzbekistan also joined.

Indonesia, Myanmar, and Thailand joined as observers. Pakistan Army and Pakistan Navy sent 16 national teams to compete. Observers from Pakistan Air Force also attended the exercise.

ISPR stated that this exercise of Pakistan Army is a mission-based and task-oriented professional military drill. Pakistan hosts this exercise every year.

The drill requires strong physical fitness, mental endurance, and professional combat skills. Organizers designed the exercise to simulate near real combat conditions. They focus on quick decision-making under pressure.
