Pakistan has repeatedly stressed that Afghan soil must not be used for terrorism against Pakistan. Ensuring this remains a key condition for lasting peace between the two nations.
The first round of talks was held in Doha, Qatar, where both sides agreed on a ceasefire. The second and third rounds took place in Istanbul. The Pakistani delegation is still there, and now, at the host’s request, both countries will resume dialogue once again.
